Pollution Sources
Pollution sources include activities and services we take for granted, such as industry, the road salt that makes winter transportation safer, and the chemicals used to dry clean clothes. And many of the products we regularly use - from air fresheners and deodorant to a variety of cleaning products - contain harmful chemicals.

No matter the source, Environment Canada works to track, control and reduce pollutants in our environment.
